BATTLING TO GET MY REFUND OUT OF KALAHARI

On the 18/12/2012 I ordered and paid on the 20/12/2012 for a LeapPad 2 and Leapster download Card from [URL Removed] they informed me on the 28/12/2012 that the LeapPad 2 was out of stock. I replied and asked them to cancel the download card because what is the point of having a card without the LeapPad 2 to use. According to Berco Express did Kalahari already collect the parcel on the 14/02/2013 but still I haven't received my refund nor any reply from Kalahari after numerous e-mails. My order no. at Kalahari is 5598448 and the Berco Waybill No. is KL000056194. I received the LeapPad 2's refund reasonable fast but this is only an amount of R179.95 and I am battling to get that back from Kalahari. I would really appreciated it if you could follow this up on my behalf.
