I joined Planet Fitness Witbank in January as a result of them advertising a free gift (gym bag) upon joining. This is now April and I have still not received the bag, after numerous requests to various local management. Following an e-mail complaint on their website, I received an e-mail promise from a lady called Lizette van Loggerenberg that I would soon get my bag. This was on 13 March and I followed it up with an e-mail to her on 9 April, to which I did not even get a response. With a complaints resolution rate of 6% I assume this one will also remain unslolved and I will never get my bag, but I have to warn other potential suckers about the empty promises made by Planet Fitness management.
