I am not happy with your service and delayed response to my queries. ive waited over a week now since my last email and no response. I ordered two Leappad bags for my kids with money they got for a gift.they showed in stock and i then received the wrong bags for a leapster that does not fit the leap pad. i then contacted Kalahari who said they would take them back and send the right goods if not refund me. I was then contacted that there is no stock and that the money would be credited to my kalahari account, that is not what was said the money given to my kids is for leappad bags and not other goods i would like leappad bags or my money back so they can buy them elsewhere.
