Unbelieveable! After I had to submit a complaint on Hello Peter about my outstanding refund from Essential Med for more than 9 weeks, because that was the only way I received feedback, I received an influx of e-mails and phone calls and promises that it would be refunded on the 2nd of Aug 2013 after that. Even the CEO sent his pre-typed, universal letter to me on Hello Peter and promised it would be refunded on the 2nd. The 2nd of Aug came and went and still nothing! It is ironic, because they had NO PROBLEM collecting their premium on the 1st. I don't want any more excuses - just refund my money. This is a utter joke! I sent an e-mail to enquire when I did not see the deposit in my account on Fri 02/08 and no surprise -NO Feedback. NO feedback and then EMPTY promises and now we're back at NO feedback. It's a cycle. I bet now they'll promise me it will be in next Friday and then the Friday after that. This has been outstanding for 11 weeks in which I have paid you almost R4000.00 in premiums and you can't refund my R700.00.
