Placed an order on Kalahari for a product to be delivered the next day. I received no notification from them and enquired on the 3rd day. They then told me that they are experiencing delays. I informed them that I needed the product on the date specified when I placed the order and that I don't need it anymore. I asked them to cancel the order, this was confirmed by the lady at the call centre and she told me I would receive my money back in 4 days. I sent an e-mail to confirm the cancellation. A day later I received an automated e-mail saying that my order has been dispatched! Sending e-mails, making phone calls and even complaining on their Facebook page is useless. It is a bottomless cesspit of one-way communication. I am so sorry that I ever used Kalahari - never again.
