Teller insisting she is right!

On Friday I went to purchase some items from the body shop. I chose a gift duo that came In a clear ball. It consisted of a body butter and lip butter. I saw the price on one as R69.30 but when it was rung up it scanned R99. When I mentioned it should be R69.30 I was told that that is a different product. So I went, retrieved the one for R69.30 and asked what is different. I was told I work here I know it's different. So I said we'll show me what is different (because other than a square card as a label and a round one there was no difference!) she responded its different I know. So I said ok then just show me. She replied its very different! And why do you care I will give you the one for R69.30. I said there is no difference, you are wrong and it doesn't matter if you give it to me for R69.30 it's a matter of your bad attitude and principal.
Her customer service was disgusting. At the end of the incident she just flung my change and products at me without any apology!
Body shop products are exclusive and expensive and the service received should be in relation!
I hope body shop can take this up with the staff and compensate me for my horrific experience
