Ok, last night was the last straw. I normally pop in to Fig Tree Spar on my way home because is convenient and close to my house.
but Now I have had enough of the shocking Management and general runnings from this store. My grievences are as per below.
1. Every monday, or after a public holiday. They are out of stock of kent Special smokes.
2. They hardly EVER have Parmalat first growth milk.
3. There are never more than 3 or 4 tills open during peak hours (17:00 - 19:00). Cashiers are all over the place, but the tills ae closed, or "cashing up" why not cash up during NON-peak times.
4. I asked one of the shop assistant about the type of wood they sell, he responded by "this is tree wood sir"
5. I security gaurd stopped me and accused me of not paying for a Item, Because I was walking to close to the door!!! I had my 2yr old son with me, did he think I was going to run away with a bag of charcoal with a kid in my arms???
6.The general new layout of this shop is shocking, the shop does not have a "flow" to it.
I will be by-passing this SPAR from now on, because i never get all the items i need, but Shoprite has across the road
THIS SHOP IS HEADING FOR CLOSURE!!
