I was given a gift from the body shop- I had gone there to exchange the product for something else. I ask the sales person he directs me to products I may get in exchange for the one I was supposed to be returning. Another sales person arrives and in an african language ia discussing my exchange. I find what I want and proceed to check out where I had to fill out the exchange script with my details however then arrives neli the new saleswoman telling me that I have used this product and that there's foam in the bottle. She would not listen to me and smirked every time I would try to get a word in. I felt very disrespected and I was made to feel guilty. I had then just left the shop feeling extremely insulted and disgruntled. I did not use the product as the lid of the product proves it wasn't used.
