I am highly disappointed at the The Body Shop.
Although I am a frequent consumer of their products, I am highly disappointed at their policies toward products that were out of stock.
I visited 3 different Body Shops last week in the hopes to find the incense sticks, body butter and room spray in the various fragrances that I wanted these in, but none of stores visited had these, and there was a lax attitude from staff saying "come back on Wednesday, we'll get stock then" even though this statement proved to be false.
As a result, I have missed out on the great sale which was on. I cannot understand how items are out of stock at all branches but no communication be given to sales assistants about these?! It is frustrating for us consumers who wish to use these products, and depend on our store to keep them. It leaves us feeling hesitant as to whether The Body Shop will be reliable going forth, and whether we should rather use other products in the market wherein we know we will get better service with our support.
Very disappointing!
