I had purchased a foundation from the body shop - Musgrave center. once I went home and used it I found that I was unhappy with the colour as well as the texture of the product on my skin. I took the foundation back to the shop the next day and the sales lady informed me rather rudely that they would not be able to take the product back. I asked if I could possibly change the colour and she said no because it had been opened. in order for me to have used it and like or dislike it... I would have to open it!!! I will not purchase any body shop products in future as I did not appreciate the pathetic service received.
