The Body Shop's Disgraceful Disaste

Three weeks ago I spent over R500 at the Body Shop at Canal Walk, but their computer froze during the transaction. They refused to give me the products bought and refused to return my money. After 3 hours of trying to PROVE that the money went through, I was told that it is MY problem and they simply couldn't care less and won't do anything. After phonecalls, emails and Bank Statements to prove that the money went through (once again), I received absolutely nothing. I had to once again be the one to contact them a week later and then only they told me that they need my cheque card number as well and I was sent a reply "FYI" - that's literally it, no apology for wasting 3 weeks of my time - with the person they're in contact with saying it MIGHT be paid in in 5 to 10 working days. So thank you for wasting 5 weeks of my time and money.

STILL no reply from The Body Shop. STILL not a SINGLE apology or acceptance of responsibiliy.
Absolutely disgusting way to treat your CLIENT after years of supporting your company. Disgraceful customer service.
