Still not resolved... Thats Edgars for you

How is it that my husband gets contacted to advise him that his Edgars account is in arrears. When the was reported, Edgars advised us not to pay the account until the is sorted out. Yes the purchases were reversed however the hold was not removed from the account. I made a comment about this previously and was advised that it will be sorted out. Put until today we have not been contacted to be advised that they hold has been removed however we get contacted today to be told that the account is in arrears for R1000 on a R2000 balance. How does this work? Don't pay until the is sorted out however the is not completely sorted out however you are in arrears? This really sounds very strange. Edgars needs to make up their minds as to what the policy is and give people correct information and feedback. This is really getting frustrating. We are in the process of buying a house. My husband has never ever skipped a payment on this account. If his credit history gets tarnished because of Edgars. I will be taking this matter further.
