Can not be resolved

Was committed on my account I found this out in January 2013 when trying to purchase something. I was in Mauritius at the time the purchases were made in JHB (I live in Cape Town) so I was not even in the country. I have completed the necessary documents and I have contacted the customer care three times after receiving SMS that my account is overdue. I keep being told that it will be sorted out it is now 4 months later and still no progress. The branch says they have sent the documents to the dispute department, the dispute department say they have never received it and nobody seems to have any proof of what has been done. No wonder it is so easy to commit on an account with a card that has always been in my possession and still is. Yet I am probably blacklisted for non payment. I have asked the consultant on the care line to send me an email that it will be sorted out but he cant do that. They wont let you speak to anyone else and cant tell you who can sort it out. It is by Far the worst Service I have ever had!! I don't owe Edgars a cent and they wont even let me close my account or even change my address???
