Good day
I am utterly disappointed with the service i receive from Foschini in Trade Rout Mall. This is an ongoing situation at this particular branch. The staff have a stinking bad attitude towards customers, there are no personnel attending to the shoes or beauty products when assistance is required, and most of all limited cashiers at the pay point. Its really frustrating that every time i go to the store i end up waiting 15-20 minutes in the ques when there are only 2 people standing in the que.
Its pathetic.
