I listed a complaint last saturday re the store manager, Nadine Engelbrecht at Westgate Mall and have received a response back to which i replied and said the item was exchanged at another store without hassles or them accusing me of washing the item. i'd like to know why this Nadine Engelbrecht gave me this bad service and why i wasnt given a reference number to follow up on my complaint. i have already contacted Brian at Off my Trolley and supplied my details to him to put this complaint in the newspaper as Edgars is choosing to just disregard my complaint.
