I have complained to Edgars/Edcon on a number of occasions by phone and email in the last four months about their appalling customer service. Eventually I contacted Get Closure who appear on the Edgars Website as a means of ensuring that complaints are heard. They have not followed up on the complaint and have passed the buck back to me. My Complaint reference is 65700.
The complaint is basically that Edgars owes me money and is refusing to refund me.
