I have bought on 3 different occasions fresh produce that when I got home and took it out of the prepacked bags, were completely rotten and I had to throw it away. I phoned the branch to complain about this. The branch manager or fresh produce manager were suppose to phone me back. This never happened and it is now more than a month ago. I then decided to report it to the on-line service. A week ago I got a response saying that someone will phone me to deal with this complain... well guess what... no reply. Checkers fresh produce is everything but fresh and their service is even more rotten than their fresh produce.
