Fruit not in good condition

I was yesterday at Checkers, I bought a watermelon it was a day old the sell by date was 25/10/2013, it was disgusting not fresh at all, today I went back to buy watermelon by the self serve service you can see the watermelon was old, the grapes i took was not fresh at old you can not eat it ate all i threw the whole packet away. Checkers say their fruit is fresh, but it seems not to me. I always buy by Checkers not ever again
