It's not the first time and not the second time. It's already the third time that I have found the lean and extra lean beef mince without a sell by or expiry date. I have approached the manager on each occasion. He laughs at me and "assures" me that it's fresh. Sorry, not good enough, especially when the pack on the shelf today was already going grey.
If the management don't consider it a priority or important enough, I will no longer shop at Checkers. Not to mention the health risk.
I've had a few incidents regarding the same issue with fresh fruit and vegetables, so I don't buy fresh produce from Checkers. So now I won't buy meat either.
