We bought snoek on sale a few months ago and when we got home and open the snoek it was rotten, it had such a bad smell. We went to Checker N1 City to return it and they didn't give us fresh snoek they just gave back our money they refused to give us another snoek for the same sale price. Friday my mother and I bought prawns on sale at Checkers and when we prepared it at home on Saturday it was off as well. We went to Checkers N1 City to return it and again they refused to give us fresh prawns at the same sale price. I am so disappointed with Checkers N1 City other big store always give the customer the same product (fresh!!!) at the sale price if the customer requests it. The manager of Checkers N1 City also would not attend to my query. I will never go back there!!!
