Well i bought these prepacked vegetables on Monday late afternoon.. the evening when i got home to prepare this vegetables i found the pack was rotten, and it had pungent smell..I suspected it was the marrow that went off..but from the on look the vegetables looked fresh. Needless to say i was unable to take it back, on Tuesday only had time to take it back today. It was still in it's packaging, but i had lost the till slip, eventually they agreed that i could exchange it but i felt as if i did something to the vegetables..really? can't remember the man that i dealt with but he was very unprofessional!
First and foremost the staff needs be trained not attack a customer when the stores produce is rotten! He was convinced that i bought the vegetables sometime in LAST YEAR!
This is unacceptable! There was no apology from the supervisor on duty..I am a customer and expect to be treated with dignity!
