Just want to thank Hermien Joubert for the excellent service and effort with planning and ordering my tiles. She took lots of time to help me select the correct tiles and colours and even did a graphic design on the computer and gave me a colour print out there of. This is what I call service commitment with a smile. She is not only a sales person interested in selling products and making money. She is a caring, professional and very friendly person that looked after my needs with her expertise and took time to make sure that I was happy. She really went the extra mile for me.
