Today I went to edgars to get feedback on my insurance claim that I had claimed for 3 weeks ago and I just sat at enquieries to follow the queue but I never was assisted I called the store to notify them of the poor service that I was receiving but all I got from the person who answered the phone is that she will tell the manager and the manager will be there in a few minutes and 20 minutes went past no manager and mind you the sales assistants are just standing there and chatting when we ask them they say someone is coming ok so I wait and still no manager to check on this, and then I asked to speak to the manager and he said he is coming down but no one ever did, I stood on the line for 30 minutes with no assistand whatsover is this what we need to receive as customers, I called the 3rd time but that's where I felt that this is a joke and no one will help us and I walked out.west street this is not the 1st time year service is disgusting I called 0313056031 but just wasted my airtime for nothing. Your manager and the consultants are really disappointing and this has happened several times I have seen bad attitude in this store, this needs to change.
