My wife and I purchased a 32inch flat screen from them not even a year ago. The tv screen one day just decided it was not going to work anymore. We took the tv in as it is still well with in guarantee. They staff turned the tv on and saw the problem and sent it away. After a few week of only receiving sms's that our tv is still in for repairs i gave them a call to find out what the progress on the tv is. I was then informed that the technician cannot find any fault with the tv. I informed the lady that their own staff saw the problem how can they now say nothing is wrong with the tv. They said they would follow up with the technician and get back to us (they never did) I have been constantly phoning them without any progress, they either say that they will call me before the day ends and never do and the newest development is that they cant get hold of the technician. They are 4 days short of having our tv for a full month. This is not acceptable!!!
