I bought a restonic Base set from Dial-a-bed which claimed to have orthopeadic values. However as soon as I bought it I felt that it was sagging at the edges and when I tried to complain about this, I was told that it was normal. I have had pain in my back ever since using the bed but ignored it untill recently when the pain has become unbearable. The worst part is that my pregnant wife has even more severe back pain due the restonic base set. The bed is sagging all over. we have had to sleep on the floor due to the condition of the bed and might have chronic back pain due to the bed. After complaining, we were told that it would take about 2-3 weeks for something to be done. We have been sleeping on the floor and the bed is lying the room useless. I will never recommend Dial-a-bed if you are looking for customer satisfaction. They have not been honest with me and the bed being discounted when I bought is was because of inferior quality. I had bought the bed just over a year back and have compromised till now. But I cannot compromise the health of my pregnant wife. If we try to sleep on the bed, we wake up a couple of hours later with sever back pain.
