Awesome service

I returned a KWAY Expedition series jacket to the Galleria store on the 16 September 2013, upon instruction from Customer Services in Cape Town. My jacket needed to be repaired as the seam seals had come loose and was prone to water penetration.

I advised the Store manager that I will be requiring the jacket before the end of September as I was going to Transkei during the first week of October and the jacket is a necessity

I was informed a week later that my jacket was sent to the wrong offices in Cape Town and there would be a delay in getting it repaired. However a gent by the name of Vernon from Galleria called me a bit later and offered me a brand new jacket, much better than my own, for use during my trip. The jacket was delivered to my home on the eve of my trip.

I was really impressed with the awesome level of service offered and more impressed with the constant follow up by Vernon, who was ever so cheerful and helpful.
