Good Day, i would like to lodge a complaint regarding a jacket i ordered 3 weeks ago. I was at the bluff branch and asked them to order a jacket in a particular size of which the only one was from the Galleria. i was there when the lady phoned and I Paid my my R30 charge. The lady said it would take 2 weeks. After the 3rd week I phoned to checked on my order. It just so happens that the guy who was suppose to process the delivery from Galleria "accidentally forgot". Now they no longer have the size I wanted. I read a response to a complaint from a another customer. You guys said you pride yourselves and spend a lot of time on training staff on good service. Im sorry to say but if thats the result of good training then you guys have it horribly wrong!!! You guys are not giving yourself a good name at all. I would like to know what is going to be done to solve my problem
