Non Delivery

I purchased a pair of Raybans on the 7/4/2013. Now over a month later, it is yet to be delivered. In fact it still has not been forwarded to me because Smartbuyglasses has not received it from the suppliers yet. The promise of delivery between 3-5 working days has not been kept. This is not the way to do things. I hope this problem will be sorted out before the end of the week.
