Administration issue - Their fault

So from Jan 2013 HiFi started phoning me telling me I'm behind with a payment. The more I told them I'm not the more they tell me I am. I then got a statement and the first debit order that should have went down from my account wasn't deducted and they told me it's because of insufficient funds. I then took screenshots of my bank account and emailed it to them to show I had more than enough funds and they said it was an Administration error on their side. So I said its really bad service from them but I then paid about 3 times of the "outstanding" amount just so they are happy but they said because it was their fault they will update the credit bureau to inform them that the bad listing should be removed. I got a report from TransUnion and Experian now and it still reflects. This is the worst company to deal with. Never again will I do business with them again.
