I have reported on numerous occasions that my experian balances were not updated. This is reflecting negatively on my credit report. I have paid the amounts owing to Wonga and I expect them to update this on the experian credit bureau. I don't even know anymore whom to address my complaints to as I just don't get feedback on this. Instead I was told they updated Transunion. Do they not relies that there is more than one credit bureau.
Can someone at Wonga PLEASE resolve this issue
