Account affected negatively because of Truworths

I requested Truworths to update my Experian account, because they had my account set on ND for one month, although they deduct my account by debit order. See here. https:///truworths/complaints/please-update-my-experian-and-itc-accounts-1124245

So they decided they should do an enquiry on my Experian account, TWICE in ONE DAY to resolve this issue. Although they resolved it, my experian account was affected negatively even MORE and I dropped in credit rating, BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN MISTAKE.

I believe that BOTH enquiries should be removed from my report, as the original mistake was with them and not me at all. I dont know why they had to do an enquiry on my account, when they actually shouldve just updated it with the new data.

Please assist and remove those two enquiries from my account, as I believe the fault was ENTIRELY theirs and there shouldnt even have been and enquiry at all, if the account was updated properly on their side.
