About two months back i returned a damaged dress to truworths greenstone and they did not want to refund me then, because they had to send it to their quality department. they said they will call me within 4 days to give me feedack, and i never got a call back. last week tuesday i went there to enquire and they said the dress was rejected by the quality dept but they could not give it to me because the lady handling the matter was not there and they could not find the dress, so i had to come back a few days later. I am really disappointed by this and I miss the excellent service I used to receive at Clearwater mall.
