Took my wife's brand new Fossil watch to NWJ in Cape Gate to remove some links to fit her and NWJ took the watch. After a couple of minutes they return the watch and explain that the tool they have does not work on the watch to remove the links. They suggested I try the shop opposite them. When I went to the shop opposite NWJ the first thing the women showed me is that one of the links where the pin goes through was damaged. I asked her to see if she can try and remove the damaged link. She returned and told me she cant since the pin was damaged inside the links. I went back to NWJ and was told by the Supervisor that they did not do it and that the tool they use would not be able to do such damage. So my question to him was how can a brand new watch get damaged from walking into NWJ and out to the shop right in front of them. He showed me tool and by looking at the tool I can see that because the tool they use does not have a long enough point to pull out the pin they must have tried and force the pin out. The manager kept on explaining that could not have been them. The women who was working on the watch kept hiding in the office after I confronted her. Never do business with them
