Big thanks to Michael, not sure of your surname but what awesome service we got at the till last weekend. He greeted us with a smile (something that many people working in retail need to learn), polite and efficient and even made us laugh. This was a very welcome change to the many sour faces we see helping us at the tills sometimes. Keep it up!
