After Having a friend purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab Screen Protector for me, I opened the product only to realize it was faulty.
Without Using it, I returned the product the following day and was met with a series of problems.
I asked to speak with the manager after being dealt with in an unprofessional manner, and boy was I surprised to find the manager even worse.
She could not replace the faulty product, and gave me a long list of things to fill in on paper, name, banking details, address, ect.
I said this is not relevant to refunding a faulty R89 product.
I asked for the refund policy and procedure in writing and was told "you are looking at it", fill it in or you wont get anything back.
So I did.
Now I receive a phone call stating that "head office" refuses the refund as I didn't buy it myself.
ARE YOU JOKING!!
I have paid the relevant people for the product and now you refuse to refund my money as I didn't Physically purchase it myself!!!
Has ANYONE read the CPA?
I will never support this company again and I WILL BE MORE THAN VERBAL TO EVERYONE I KNOW AND EVEN PEOPLE I DO NOT, ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE AND BLATANT!
