Checkers manager refuses to assist / authorise

After waiting for an extended period at the money market counter, the clerk required the managers authorisation to proceed with my transaction. The manager, Tebogo Kgosana, who was there, blatantly refused to authorise the transaction and told the clerk to find someone else to authorise. Other staff members were shocked by this conduct.
