I purchased a GOBII 7" ereader, but after days of trying to download the "app" as suggested with the start up video we can not authenticate the Adobe connection. After phone calls to the call centre 021 468 9200 no response was received from any one to assist. On the site they mention a new app but when down loading its not the same as what they suggest it should look like. Buying from Kahalari is not a good idea as the have absolutely NO AFTER SERVICE advice if, the suggested. We spoke to Jasinta whom said she will phone on Monday 06.05.2013. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I still can not use my GOBII Ereader as no Adobe format ebook is readable on this device.
