I had purchased the new gobii ereader with all the excitement one could imagine, my first ereader ever! from Game Store on my account. Which i was extremely happy to find that the package came with a pouch, ear phones and to add to my excitement was a kalahari ebook voucher to the value of R120.00. Which i had safetly tucked it away which i now cannot find. So the logic thing to do is to obviously go back to game store which i called them this afternoon with no joy i was informed to go back to kalahari as its their voucher. There after i had contacted Kalahari and notified them of my problem and i was told they do not keep record of their vouchers unless i had purchased it from them i would have received a link of the voucher itself or could have an order number which i obviously dont because i purchased it from game. Logic thing for kalahari to is keep a record of their vouchers released per package that would be the intelligent choice i think. now im at a lose because kalahari doesnt do that and no way i could redeem the voucher. I do not understand this concept because they cannot help. Its extemely frustrating with the terrible customer services given with no understanding&joy.
