Good day

I went to your store at Southgate Mall on the 2 May 2013, and the queues where long, I understand since it was month end but what upset me was the fact that the system was offline and only when you get to the tills can you see the sign that said debit cards not welcomed. I wasted half an hour on the queue and then to read a sign that my payment method will not be accepted that is uncalled for.

I asked Cathleen Engelbrecht why don't they have an announcer (speaker) to let the customer know what is happening she said I must take it up with management.

I'm appalled and annoyed at the service I received at your store and feel is uncalled for, I know at this we go offline but rather let the customers know beforehand instead of making me waste my time in the queue.
