Had to stand in the queue at the Woolworths Food Store for at least 15 min at 09:00 this morning. Only two tills operating with customers looking like they are buying food for an army... What does the manager on duty do? Starts packing bags into a trolley... I saw at least two customers walk out. Why is there never a sign that reads: "If you are waiting to long in the queue, please contact the manager on duty on 082 xxx xxx" when you need one...
