My cousin have been applying for an account and to date no feedback has been received, she filled the forms at your Dobsonville/Jabulani Mall, Maponya Mall branch and till now she was told she will be contacted but nothing. Just need clarification is this how your treat customers? If you felt her application did not meet your criteria why not have decency to say rejected based on affordability.
