I recently opened an account with Homechoice. It was immediately approved upon sending my latest payslip and ID document. I placed an order PFS18758997 which was sent to me in sms saying that its on its way to be delivered. However whenever I try accessing my online account it says that my username/password is incorrect. When trying the 'forget password option' it says that my email address is not registered. When I try to register again it says that my email is already registered on a account. Ive tried calling several times but they just tell me to try the next day. Its been 4 days now and I still can't access my account. How the am I supposed to pay my account or see what orders is processing if I cannot access the account!!
