No response on a simple request to join Baby Clu

I tried to join the Baby Club in store the other day in Honeydew, and the staff could not assist me at all with this.

I tried to join online and was asked for a password. I have never registered online and do not have a password, so I could not join online.
Each time I tried, I got an error message that my email address was already registered - but it is not.

I sent an email to Clicks 3 days ago asking for help and still no response.

I want to join the Baby Club and in store on the Clicks radio station it was stated that I can join in store. This is not true. I also tried to join online and could not. I am not sure why this is so difficult to assist me!
