I have tried many times to log into my Groupon Account in order to purchase various deals.
When it comes to logging in my details a red banner comes up saying Email/Password combination is incorrect.
I know these details are correct as I have recently signed up with Groupon. I then attempt to reset the password by clicking on 'Forgot Password' I am then prompted to fill in my registered email address. When I do this another red banner comes up saying this email address is not registered/recognised. How can this be when I receive emails on a daily basis? Can some one please get back to me on how to proceed with this problem? Many thanks
