I received an sms from hmechoioce saying i owe them and i have been blacklisted, i never opened an account at homechoice, i would never open an account at homechoice by the way so i was really suprised to see this. i then spoke to a consultant who told me that she has no idea when the case will be settled, not bothering to put me through to department because she says department will tell me the same thing, what i need infact is to be assigned a consultant then i get the ball rolling on this case but seemingly home choice wants to ruin my life by blacklisting me.
