Shocked and never buy from game again.i bought a coffee machine 2 months ago i moved from jeffries to hartenbos its in box all time..i beign using it..yesterday glass jar cracked so i phoned game sorry cant help me as dont replace glass shop buy jars is closed so damm stupid so for weekend i sit without a cofee machine..told game on box 12 month guarantee but only machine if know this i would of never ever bought this sooo angry its shockong now on top of it cant find recipt we moved i did not crack it
