Bought a Mellerware Modena 3-in-1 Coffeemaker (Model 29003) from Game in Louis Trichardt, it was leaking so we exchanged the machine. New machine also leaked, and just before we wanted to exchange again the big caraffe cracked (glass container for the coffee). I sent the company an email to inform them of this so they can improve their product - I did not ask them to exchange the machine or demanded a new machine. I received an email from Beverley Arendse and to make a long story short, they REPLACED our machine with a new one, delivered by Courier (we live in a remote rural area!), no questions asked!!! Had no problems since then with our machine.
