To who it may concern,
I purchased a Raleigh bicycle from game, 17/01/13, for my father as a birthday gift. He found the bicycle to be faulty. After a month It began making strange noises while paddling on long distances. The 1st time he took it in for repairs 13/03 Two weeks later Game called for collection as the bicycle as per game was repaired. The bicycle was taken back the next day 27/03 as it continued to make noise. Game called again for a collection as the bicycle was repaired, but not to my dads satisfaction. 30/04. On this 3rd occasion, my father requested them to give him a new bicycle but they (Game & Raleigh SA) refused. Game said they will not give him a new bike but will continue to repair it. The guarantee service states, "We will have any item under warranty repaired for you; should that take longer than three weeks, The item will be replaced or refunded." as stated on the back of the cash sale slip.
