My wife and 3 year old daughter were in the Olympus branch today when my daughter who is potty training asked to go to the toilet. My wife asked one of the staff if they had a toilet they can use. She was told hat there was a staff one, but she didn't think that they could use it, but she wold ask someone else. She was then told that they would take my daughter daughter but my wife can't go in. My wife obviously refused and decided to leave to go and find a toilet. As she was leaving she asked to see the manager who, she was told, was not there. As she was leaving a different woman asked what the problem was and she told my wife there was a toilet just outside. I think it is ridiculous that the staff could not just of said in the first place that they could not use the staff toilet, but there was one just outside. They seemed to enjoy wasting 15 minutes of my wife's and daughters time. My poor daughter then didn't want to spoil her clothes so she held it in. I am quite upset by this episode as I have always found dischem very professional and the staff helpful.
