The Game specials leaflet week ending 7 July caught my attention as I saw the Raleigh Roost 12" bicycle on special for R299. This special even showed that the bicycle came with a FREE helmet. On the 5 April 2013 I went to the Game in Westgate and purchased the bicycle for R299. The problem was that the store did not have stock of the helmets which came with the bicycle. They took my contact details and they informed me that they would contact me to come and collect my helmet as soon as the stock arrived. They signed the till slip and noted on there that the helmet was "to be collected". I heard nothing from the store and I started contacting them on a regular basis and I was still told that the helmets were out of stock. I got fed up and contacted the Game customer care, they took my contact details and told me that they would get back to me. Jose, the Westgate store manager contacted me and told me to come and collect a helmet.
I went to the store today, 27 July 2013, I was told that Jose was on off and that he does not know what he is talking about. I did not care about the politics between the staff as I just wanted my son's helmet. I then spoke to Simangele and she denied t
